Our Process
Poured by hand. Burned with intention.
We believe that creating a candle is an exercise in patience. Every batch is melted, blended, and poured in small quantities to ensure the fragrance binds perfectly with our natural soy wax. We use only lead-free cotton wicks and clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils.

Care & Shipping
How do I care for my wood wick?
Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each light. This ensures a clean burn and prevents soot from forming on the glass. Let the wax melt entirely to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Since we pour in small batches, please allow up to 5 days during peak holiday seasons. We carefully package each order to prevent breakage during transit.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
We use clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils and natural essential oils. However, some essential oils can be sensitive for specific pets. We recommend burning in well-ventilated areas and consulting your vet if you have concerns.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on lit candles. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to hello@waxlorestudio.com within 48 hours with a photo, and we will send a replacement.
